Yes. An NDA is available on request before we see any code or access, whether ours or one your company supplies.
The minimum needed for the job: a specific user role rather than the site owner account, and only for as long as the work takes.
Never over email or chat. Credentials are shared through a secure method, used for the job, then removed from our systems once the work is verified complete.
Yes. Changes are made and tested on a staging copy, not your live site, until they are confirmed working.
