What happens after I contact you?

Tell us what you have
Send the code, the plugin name or access to a staging copy. A senior engineer reads every enquiry, usually the same day Monday to Friday.
Get a written report and a fixed price
We tell you what is wrong, what it risks and what the fix costs before any work starts, usually within 48 hours.
We fix and test on staging
Every change is made and tested on a copy of your site, then handed over in your repository with notes.
Keep it looked after
Optional: a care plan keeps the code updated and monitored, so it keeps working after WordPress and PHP move on.
Testing
Do you test changes on my live site?
No. Every change, from a one-line fix to a new feature, is made and tested on a staging copy first. Nothing touches your live site until it has been verified working, and the written scope agreed before we start means there is no ambiguity about what "done" looks like.

What do we need from you?
Staging access if you have it, or a login with the right role. We ask for the minimum access needed for the job, and see our security and confidentiality page for how we handle it.
What you are seeing, when it started, and anything that changed around that time. Screenshots or a screen recording help.
One person who can answer questions and approve the fixed price, so work does not stall waiting on a decision.
If your code lives in Git, we work against it directly and hand changes back the same way.
